I had such a great experience at Evanston Eye Wellness! All of the clinic staff and Dr. Schumacher were so knowledgeable and helpful, especially as a first-time contact wearer. They made the whole process easy and comfortable and took the time to make sure I felt confident before leaving with trial contacts. The office was welcoming, everyone was so friendly, and I never felt rushed. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them!

This is a fabulous clinic with wonderful staff! Ania assisted with scheduling, Crystal & Lelanie assisted day of with check in & testing and Dr. Jake Schumacher was a great optometrist. I would definitely recommend :)

I was experiencing flurries in my vision which resulted in my booking an appointment on a whim (without active insurance). They conducted a lot of thorough tests, including what I believe was a retinal scan. The cost was not bad for the amount of testing (~$150) and gave me great ease of mind. Will definitely come back!

Anya was extremely helpful and friendly when I came in yesterday to have my glasses readjusted after noticing they were slightly tilted to one side. She also made me feel much better about my apparently crooked face 😜 Great job Anya, and thank you for making it such a good experience.

Dr. Patel is, for lack of better words… VERY thorough and amazing at her job. I haven’t gotten this level of care for my eyes… ever. I have medically necessary contacts and glasses and I had no clue until the day of my appt that I no longer needed to pay OOP. Thank you so much Dr., it’s evident you are really diligent about making sure we see better ^-^. Adjusting my prescription has legitimately improved my quality of life overnight. And shout out to front desk staff that was kind, patient and accommodating with me. Thank you!

Great experience all the way, from booking the appointment online, to being efficiently checked in by the front desk, guided through the test procedures by the thorough assistant and for the detailed, informative, personal exam by Dr Patel. Start to finish, excellence.

I love Evanston Eye Wellness. Dr. Patel is lovely. She does very thorough exams and allows plenty of time for questions. I never feel rushed out of the office which is very refreshing! The office staff couldn’t be better. They are so, so friendly, kind, patient, and efficient!

Dr Patel was so great! She fit me in for a last minute appointment when I needed to see a doctor and was so incredibly helpful and provided great care. I'll definitely be back!
