Dr. Patel is, for lack of better words… VERY thorough and amazing at her job. I haven’t gotten this level of care for my eyes… ever. I have medically necessary contacts and glasses and I had no clue until the day of my appt that I no longer needed to pay OOP. Thank you so much Dr., it’s evident you are really diligent about making sure we see better ^-^. Adjusting my prescription has legitimately improved my quality of life overnight. And shout out to front desk staff that was kind, patient and accommodating with me. Thank you!

Dr. Patel is great! She's really helped with some eye issues that have come up over the last decade or so, and even remembered me when I went back again this year. Cool person, relaxed atmosphere in the office. Bonus that they're right off of the train stop! Highly recommend for sure.

10/10 experience from start to finish. I had my initial exam, dilation, picked out glasses, and had a final exam all within an hour. Every person I interacted with was kind and very professional. I also get the feeling that they are happy to support the patient with whatever they’re looking for and they’re not pushing a sales quota or agenda. I came here because of the Google rating and it was definitely the right choice. The vibe of the space is friendly, open, with good music and a happy staff.

Evanston Eye Wellness is a friendly and thorough service. They take the time needed to assess your needs and provide timely deliveries. They also manage an intricate sliding scale for those of us whose finances are in the “more limited” category.
